Eiyuden Chronicle Walkthrough Part 1

Part 1 of our Eiyiden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Walkthrough. Main quests included are: First Mission, Into the Barrows, Search the Barrows, Afterwards.

Welcome to Part 1 of my Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Walkthrough. Part 1 deals with the following main story quests: First Mission, Into the Barrows, Search the Barrows, Afterwards. Let's get into it! If you've somehow gotten here by mistake, check the "main hub" of the Eiyuden Chronicle Walkthrough.

Quest: First Mission

Ah, the first step! Just some cutscenes. Head on over to the north house (main quest objectives are denoted by a blue arrow on your minimap) when you wish to proceed. You can upgrade your armor now, but you can wait until later.

Quest: Into the Barrows

Again, follow the Blue Arrow on your map (even while at the World Map) for the current main quest! While you can wander around the map, there’s nothing else you can do right now.

Northern Forest

There’s a point where the “map runs out”, just keep going to your right.

Optional: Try to get 20 Lumber before you go.

Boss: Forest Spider

Simple boss, teaches you to maximize turn orders. Hildi’s Healing Drops will always be “first” so don’t be greedy. Always heal the lowest ally that’s at risk of death!

As for the rest, just normal attack or use skills as needed.

Quest: Search the Barrows

Nothing much going on here, and only has a pair of very simple puzzles.

Boss: Golem Pulverizer

Nothing special here, Hildi hard carries yet again. Healing drops on critical allies, AoE heal if you ever need it (unlikely) Eventually you’ll be introduced to boss “Gimmicks”.

In the case of this fight, members he “takes aim” on should hide in the debris. If it’s the middle guys - there’s no debris so you’re forced to defend.

Most bosses from here onwards have a "Gimmick", which is honestly pretty cool.

Quest: Afterwards

Nothing here, just a "transition" quest of cutscenes.
