FFXVI Sekhret Hunt Guide: Location, Strategy, etc

Sekhret is a Rank B Hunt (Notorious Mark), whose location is offically listed as, "West of Rhiannon's Ride, Rosaria". You'll need to be at main scenario quest After the Storm to unlock it.

Sekhret Location

Where is Sekhret located? Teleport to Martha's Rest, exit the town north AND JUST WALK NORTH AND WEST. It's still in Greensheaves, NOT actually in Rhiannon's Ride.

Very annoying location description, haha. While technically accurate, it took me longer to find him than I'd like to admit.

Beating Sekhret

Not particularly difficult or different from the normal minotaurs you've fought. Except that he's quite fatter, and hits like a truck. So be careful, and don't let nerves get to you.

He charges TWICE, so be careful. This is his main surprise trick versus other minotaurs. Don't get cheeky, attack him after the second charge only.

Big Swing: Is that helicopter move, avoid getting combod by this. You can get good hits and "accidental" parries in between, if you dare it.

Raging Bull: Many frontal slams. Just get behind him here, it will probably outright kill you if it connects.

He's pretty standard minotaur fare, all things said and done. Just mind your HP and you should be fine.
