FFXVI The Mageth Brothers Hunt Guide: Location, Strategy, etc
The Mageth Brothers is a Rank A Hunt (Notorious Mark), whose location is offically listed as, "Quietsands, Rosaria". You'll need to be at main scenario quest Things Fall Apart to unlock it.
The Mageth Brothers Location
Where is The Mageth Brothers located? Teleport to Port Isolde waypoint in Rosaria. Head north to the map text, "Quietsands". They're hanging out at the beach here.
Beating The Mageth Brothers
Three "fatty axe" types with some special skills. This fight is more annoying than it seems, so the main advice is "BURST ONE DOWN". Let's talk about the skills first.
Last Crusade is a Simultaneous charge attack. Don’t get hit by this, you might actually die, haha. Every alive brother will try to run you down at the same time.
They have another skill, Crea y cwm, which becomes a common skill later on, but first seen here. It's basically an uppercut with a short dash.
So what best to do? Open with Impulse, intto Scarlet Cyclone into Flames of Rebirth asap. Use Limit Break to stop interruption - then wail on one (use Wicked Wheel here too) until it staggers. Blow all your skill including Gigaflare on that guy. He probably wont die but you'll have made huge progress.
Do what you can and play safely here. You can opt to use Lion Heart tonic to recharge your Limit Break, as it's very important here. Rinse and repeat, by your second round of ultimates you'd have all but won.

On Clive findind them, The Mageth Brothers say, "That’s him! The one who slew the Holy Mother! Revenge shall be ours, Imreann", to which Clive replies, "The Ironblood darken our shores yet again.. But not for long!”.
Upon defeating The Mageth Brothers, Clive says: "No more vengeance. No more war"
