Mirth Town 100% Guide (Rebuilding, Items, Secrets etc)

By being here, I'm going to assume you've unlocked Mirth already... heh. This is also a step in getting the True Ending in Sea of Stars.
Rebuilding Mirth
for most people, you're probably wondering about rebuilding Mirth, how you can get them, and what they might do or unlock for you. To build a new structure, bring the plans you find to Jirard the Constructionist.
There are four structures to build, and one NPC to recruit for each.
Inn / Innkeeper
Where to find the Mirth Inn Plans? Reward for 4 Rainbow Conches.
Where to find Innkeeper? The NPC to run the Inn is recruited at Lucent, at Wraith Island. Talk to the Innkeeper there, and he will refer his brother for the job.
What does the Mirth Inn unlock? A resting and cooking place, of course. There's a wheels table here, the Mirth Champion Wheels game gave me Diamond Wheel (but likely gives the "next tier" upgrade of wheel).
Shop / Merchant
Where to find the Mirth Shop Plans? Reward for 19 Rainbow Conches.
Where to find the Shopkeeper? Docarri Village. The Lower-right / southeast house.
What does the Mirth Shop unlock? A basic shop, with important items being Recipe: Croustade, and Music Sheet #3.
Fishing Hut / Master Fisherman
Where to find the Mirth Fisherman's Hut Plans? Reward for 22 Rainbow Conches.
Where to find the Master Fisherman? He's at the Inn / Tavern in Mooncradle.
What does the Mirth Fishing Hut unlock? A fishing hole that contains all fish you've previously fished up. Also, a Rainbow Conch on the far side of the fishing hole. You can also pick up Fish and Seafood here. Finally, you can unlock various fishing upgrades the more unique types of fish you catch.
Spa / Relaxation Specialist
Where to find the Mirth Spa Plans? Reward for 39 Rainbow Conches.
Where to find the Relaxation Specialist? Eastern side of Stonemason's Outpost, the woman in the tub.
What does the Mirth Spa unlock? For 250g, a party member can go in and permanently boost one predetermined stat (each character has a preset one). Using the spa with all characters gives an achievement.
Other things to do in Mirth
Once Moraine's house is built, you can get Moraine's Office Key here. This unlocks Moraine's Office in Zenith Academy. Going there gets you a Moonstone Bracer, which is a "Valere only" accessory that reduces Lunar Healing MP cost and increases MATK. There's also a minor treasure box here as well.
On the second floor of the "main building", once you're at the rooftop - there's a Rainbow Conch hiding on the right side of the door.
