Walkthrough & Loot Reminders for the Sea of Nightmares parts of Sea of Stars.

Welcome again to our Sea of Stars Walkthrough. This segment deals with the events in the Sea of Nightmare.

"Missable Items" / Important Loot Notes

• No special treasure!

Here, you have to visit all three islands and essentially "lift the curse".

Southeast (Lower left) Island

You need six green crystals (Cursed Doubloon) to disable the rod. The only one that could cause confusion here is on the island with two boxes - you have to bump the box into the tree so the crystal falls (It’s ON the tree, you gotta shake it out). It's not very obvious!

Use the grappling hook to destroy the crystals.

Northern (Top) Island

Just some good ol basic platforming to the top - and grapple to destroy the crystals. Nothing Puzzley or weird here.

Southwest (Lower right) Island

Another basic island here. Switches to reveal platforms, kill enemies, grapple crystals. Done!

after taking care of all the island crystals, it's time to head into the center one! Save, rest, cook, and prepare for the boss!

Maelstrom Point / Boss: Stormcaller

Once you arrive at the center island (Maelstrom Point), a short walk ahead and you fight Stormcaller.

You WILL get hit by "Ruler of Tides". The 8-lock isn't always easy to break! So be prepared with AoE healing and items if you need it. The other skill Chain Lightning which is a 5-lock is also AoE. The only other thing he does is a basic melee attack.

Brisk (Post Vespertine / Rebuilding)

You're back in Brisk, and thankfull they're rebuilding! Since there's nothing new in this form of Brisk, talk to Hortence when you're ready to go. While I'm sure you're excited to go sailing, you're pretty much FORCED to go to your destination first...
