FFXVI (The Blood Moon) Terminus Hunt Guide: Location, Strategy, etc

(The Blood Moon) Terminus is a Rank A Hunt (Notorious Mark), whose location is offically listed as, "The Crock, Sanbreque". You'll need to be at main scenario quest Brotherhood to unlock it.

You'll only discover its name, Terminus, upon encountering it. Otherwise only the hunt bill title, "The Blood Moon", is your clue to its identity.

Where is (The Blood Moon) Terminus located? In the same exactly place is Bomb King was. Teleport to The Dragon's Aery waypoint. Along the southeast you'll see a path leading to a place marked "The Imperial Chase" (You can easily see "The Crock", its spawnpoint, on the map from here).

Beating (The Blood Moon) Terminus

Straight laser followed by a sweep, seems to be its most common attack. Get BEHIND and smash.

Hypersurge is a multiple jumping ground stomp on it's location (it doesn't move). Either be safe and GTFO or punish him in between jumps.

Other common attacks are a "spray" of lightning balls, and a charged diving move.

Terminus is honestly a chump. IDK If this changes in FF Mode... I don't have much else to say.

If doing ASAP:

• Windup (Mastered - Titan)
• Wicked Wheel
• Bahamut
• Impulse
• Gigaflare

(The Blood Moon) Terminus has NO notable rewards. Getting 2x Meteorites from him is somehow hilarious.

On finding (The Blood Moon) Terminus, Clive says: "Looks like we've woken something up! ...Only one thing for it."

Upon defeating (The Blood Moon) Terminus, Clive says: "Sweet Dreams."

Terminus basically means "the endpoint". The only endpoint here was it's own. Such a cool name for this glorified trash mob. Also, shares a spawnpoint with Bomb King - two floating balls in The Crock. K.
