Walkthrough & Loot Reminders for the Mountain Trail (Present) parts of Sea of Stars.

Welcome again to our Sea of Stars Walkthrough. This segment deals with the events in the present day Mountain Trail. Right where you left off before the flashback!

"Missable Items" / Important Loot Notes

• G.Accessory: Abacus - You can buy these in shops later, but might as well.
• Armor: Basic Armor
• Recipe: Chaudree

If you're curious about the fishing hole (Sunglow Lake), and the tiny stuff to do before this part, check the previous section.

After reuniting with Garl, head up north and save. Enter the cave on your left for the Abacus Golden Accessory, which shows you current non boss HP. Surprisingly useful! These “golden” accessories are kind of like relics, which usually affect the whole party.

Exit the cave, then climb up the rocks. On your left, among the trees there’s a Basic Armor hiding in there. Notably, Garl can’t wear this.

Cross the bridge, go down and up the spirals and cross the other bridge. Some more basic exploration here and keep going until you reach the camp with savepoint and NPC.

After the camp, In the “waterfall” looking mist near here, there’s a treasure chest on the left side with Recipe: Chaudree.

There’s nothing special after this so keep going up until the end. There’s a cave with a “locked” door as well, which you can’t do anything about right now.

At the top of the Mountain Trail you meet with the Elder Mist, who tells about “magic without doing magic”. Naturally, next comes the Elder Mist Trials! There's a savepoint right here, and IIRC there's one inside so you don't have to go all the way down if you wanna save.
