Welcome again to our Sea of Stars Walkthrough. This segment deals with the events in the Fleshmancer's Lair.

Do not worry about the TRUE ENDING / optional stuff YET. I highly recommend to beat the game first!

Question Pack #10.

Enter and you have the usual campfire and savepoint. Go to the next room, and you’ll get a choice of left, forward, and right.

Go left first and flick the switch. Enemies and a platform with a pushable block spawns. Push it to the right and it crosses all the way to the other side to the right. Place it on the orange square. More enemies spawn. Go to the forward path and grapple across to push the block with a green crystal downwards. Place this one on the green block. On the left side, grapple to the ladder then push the green crystal block down, placing it on the nearby green squar

Onto the next room. Get to the orange eyeball at the upper left. Push it (destroying spikes in the process) to the orange circle near the entrance. This opens up a second eyeball. Destroy more spikes on the upper right to access a Data Strip.

To solve this puzzle you need one eyeball on the green circle, and the other eyeball (no need to use the orange circle anymore), and onto the right pink circle. Once you’ve done this, get the eyeball away from the green circle and into the left pink circle. Past the gate it’s another savepoint and camp.

Boss: LeJugg

A pretty basic fight. Just save up for Conflagrate combo as it’s the best thing you can do the shorten this fight. Just place safely, and you’ll be fine.

After LeJugg you’ll be in the next area. Head over to the door on the upper right and just keep going until you’re at the room with the “lifting” little square platforms. There’s a chest with Salix Cork on the upper right. Some food on the upper left, and the exit is on the south. Just keep going and you’ll be at another room with enemies, which has a chest containing Apogee Daggers. A short while after you’re placed in some weird “flashback / dream / camp scene”.

Hall of Illusions

A couple scenes play out here. The “camp”, the mines, the Humble Boast, fishing. All leading up to a “boss fight” with Soul Curator. It quickly withdraws. Exit to the lower right first (the room is hard to see), dispel the illusion to get Earthshine Staff. Exit to the upper left and break the illusion here too. Now you face the Soul Curator again, and he runs again. Once you break the illusion in the fishing room - there’s a chest across the “lake” with Firmament’s Edge. Eventually you’ll reach another savepiont and camp. Note, that if you make it back to the very first room with the savepoint.

In this new purple area, go up and right first.

Boss: Phase Reaper

Focus single attacks on the middle one. Heavily favor AoE attacks that damage all three. Eventually the two will die. Instead of “focusing down” the adds (as they’re pretty weak) just do skills that hit all, and hit an add when you can’t. He doesn’t respawn them.

In the next room (The "final" resting point), there’s a shop with Recipe: Lasagna, and Recipe: Braise. In the left room there’s a savepoint, camp, and chest with Question Pack #10. You can also teleport to the entrance via the orange circle.

When you’re ready, go up the stairs for the final battle.

Boss: Elysandarelle

There’s a “phase 1” of the fight which is pretty much a free win.

Phase 2. Some locks cannot be broken, haha. Just accept that. If one of your teammates is encased in crystal, free them in one turn or they die! That’s the only thing you have to be aware of. Aside from this: Use Conflagrate, Reshans Ultimate is always nice, and play safely.

If you played Chrono Trigger, damn, this boss is a huge nod to one of the bosses there.

You're done! Now what? This was the BASIC ENDING.
It's time for you to work on getting the TRUE ENDING if you so wish!

Keep in mind, getting this BASIC ending is REQUIRED to get the TRUE ONE. So there's no way around it.
