Phantasm's Harmony Sigil Effects

• Per active pet, boost Onslaughts final hit damage cap (+15% per). If it lands, shorten Ferry's skill cooldowns (2% per).

Phantasm's Harmony is a Character Sigil for Ferry, and can only be used by Ferry. Like all Character Specific Sigils, it already comes "maxed out", and doesn't need to be upgraded - it provides the maximum effect by default.

Ehh... Onslaught isn't that great right now compared to other things (jumping) you can do with Ferry. However, the cooldown reduction is not bad, meme as it sounds.\\n\\n But, if you like the "normal intended" Ferry rotation with Onslaught (hopefully you have Stout Heart), then this is a must have. Either way, it can be used. I'd avoid the "single sigil" version.
