Puzzle 1: "Three-Card Stud" Solution

Fleetwing lower right, Zu upper left, Quetzalcoatl middle.

Reward: Fleetwing Card

Puzzle 2: "Go for Choco-Broke" Solution

Fat Chocobo lower left, Posh Chocobo lower right, Chocobo and Moogle lower middle.

Reward: Posh Chocobo Card

Puzzle 3: "Mischief-Making Moogles" Solution

Moogle Trio Middle leftmost. Moogle Mage lower middle. Fleetwing “middle”. Moogle Bard upper left. Grasslands Wolf lower left.

Puzzle 4: "Spears and Needles" Solution

Spearhawk upper right. Cactuar middle top. Spearhawk middle right, Quetzalcoatl lower right.

Puzzle 5: "Sea Devil by Night" Solution

Security Officer lower middle (dies). Sea Devil Middle. Sea Devil lower left. Spam all Mandragora on any square with -1.

Puzzle 6: "A Kingly Clash" Solution

Zu middle top. Zu middle bottom. Tonberry King middle right. Deathwheel Upper Left. Deathwheel Lower Left. Mindflayer Middle left.

Two advanced Card Puzzles are unlocked at Ch.12 as opposed ot the original two at Ch.4.

Puzzle 7: "One Shot, One Kill" Solution

  • Bloatfloat Bottom, 3rd column
  • Bomb Upper Right
  • Bomb Middle Right
  • Scrutineye Bottom Right, 4th column next to Materia Guardian
  • Dyne Middle Left

Reward: Dyne card. One shot one kill indeed!

Puzzle 8: "Curse of the Gi" Solution

  • Desert Sahagin Upper Right
  • Sandhog Pie Middle Left
  • Jabberwock Middle Right
  • Crystalline Crab Lower Right
  • Riot Trooper Lower Left
  • Griffon Replaces Riot Trooper (Lower Left)
  • Gi Nattak Replaces Jabberwock
