BG3 Mobile Feat

Info on the Mobile BG3 Feat. Tips, when to use, is it worth it, is it good?

Mobile is a Feat in Baldurs Gate 3. Here's a short guide on it on what it does (and clarifications), as well as "is Mobile good?" "is Mobile worth it?".

Mobile Effects

As per the in-game description: Increase Movement. Dash ignores difficult terrain. Moving after making a melee attack doesn't trigger Opportunity Attacks..

Mobile mechanics clarifications

Adds 3m of Movement per turn. That's a lot, the baseline is 9m.

Dash DOUBLES your Movement, so it synergizes with this feat itself.

Opportunity Attacks trigger when you try to leave an enemies melee attack range.

Is Mobile worth it?

So, is Mobile good? When would you take Mobile? Yes, Mobile is a decent feat, but it might not make the cut on some builds that even actively want it.

3m Movement per turn is amazing. Nothing else needs to be said here.

Not triggering Opportunity Attacks after attacking is also solid, allows for great repositioning.

Dash ignoring difficult terrain is a decent boost, especially for certain classes that might dash more often.

Ultimately this feat is mainly for frontline brawlers. Easier to close distances, peel from undersirable targets, and even KITE some monsters due to the sheer amount of movement you have. It's a very tactical feat with real benefits. No, it's not really a "stat-check" feat but it can be used to TITANIC EFFECT in most combat scenarios.

That being said it can be tedious to maximize this feat to its fullest. It's still very useful though.

Summary and Closing
