Recommended BG3 Sorcerer starting stats

If you don't wanna read too much into it, here's a TLDR for Sorcerer. This would be my answer "if I was FORCED to provide ONE SETUP" that might please as many people as possible.

Sorcerers DON'T COME WITH ANY ARMOR PROFICIENCIES, so unless you plan on going Draconic Bloodline subclass (Gives 13 Base AC with NO armor), you might want to choose a race with a light / medium armor proficiency. Multiclassing is also an option to get the proficiency, usually into Warlock. Finally, you can waste a Feat on it, which is a little meh.

• Strength: 10. Base 10 No Modifiers.
• Dexterity: 14. Base 14 No Modifiers.
• Constitution: 16. Base 14 +2 Ability Score Modifier.
• Intelligence: 8. Base 8 No Modifiers.
• Wisdom: 10. Base 10 No Modifiers.
• Charisma: 16. Base 15 +1 Ability Score Modifier.

As long as you maximize CHA in your starting stats, your Sorcerer should be fine, haha.

16 CON 14 DEX vs. 14 CON 16 DEX: Battle of the defensive stats. I prefer CON as it's a little more universal. Couldn't fault you for trying DEX, though.

Don't like negative bonuses? Will be painful. Lose some CON or DEX to shore it up. I don't recommend this.
