Arc Lash is an Active skill for the Sorcerer class, in the Basic category. it has the following effects: (simplified) Unleash arcing lightning that deals 42% damage to enemies in front of you. Every 10 times Arc Lash swipes, it Stuns all enemies hit for 2s.

Glinting Arc Lash: Hitting a Stunned enemy with Arc Lash reduces your Cooldowns by 0.25s..
