D4 Rogue Leveling Build & Guide (UPDATED L50+)

Looking to level up quickly and easily? Welcome to our Diablo 4 Rogue Leveling Guide! The important most important chunks of info here are:

This is designed to be used TOGETHER WITH:
D4 General ALL CLASSES Leveling Guide.

Updated: Jun-16-23': Added links to Fresh Level 50 Guide (ALL CLASSES). (prev) Updated the build up to 58 (max) Skillpoints. Base build is a really basic flex build. Will add other options (twisting blade). Some notes still rough"

Planned updates: Better ways to present info, more tips like aspects etc...

Leveling Build by Skillpoint:

The best basic skill once upgraded. Good in melee, passable in ranged.
For the most part, we get it to access the next upgrade.
While almost all core skills are good, I chose Flurry for a bunch of reasons. As your build matures, you'll understand.
GODLY. Vulnerability on demand. Also gives more knives making it better in melee.
Low key amazing. The auto-vuiln on Puncture makes this easy to proc. Provides a ton of healing.
Hitting a Vulnerable enemy with Flurry spreads the debuff to all other enemies hit.
Basic skill for mobility, travelling, and repositioning in combat!
Power up your Flurry to Level 2.
Power up your Flurry to Level 3.
Power up your Flurry to Level 4.
Power up your Flurry to Level 5.
Increases damage vs Healthy and Injured enemies... talk about double dipping.
Power up Exploit to Level 2.
Power up Exploit to Level 3.
You could even use Momentum... try them all out, as you can potentially use either of the three. They each have their ups and downs. CQC is my general choice.

I will implement a visual limitation on these soon, maybe the previous and next 3 are only shown.

Reminders by level:

I highly recommend completing the Forsaken Quarry dungeon for the Aspect of Encircling Blades. The circular AoE is a huge quality of life improvement. If you leave Kyovashad by the east exit, just keep travelling north while hugging the wall on your left (you need to climb once), you'll bump into the dungeon entrance shortly. You don't need to do this now, since it's unlikely you'll have a weapon to imprint - but it's good to be aware of it.
The priority quest True Potential unlocks a rogue system - Specializations. The first one you unlock with this quest is Specialization: Combo Points. You gain combo points with your basic skills, and spend them for bonus effects with your Core skills. It's a straight up power increase so get it ASAP.
This priority quest unlocks your second Specialization - Inner Sight. It's a nifty little system that marks a random nearby enemy - hitting this enemy fills up a gauge. When full, for a limited time, you spend no energy on skills! This is honestly only useful for longer tougher boss fights, as it can be a bit of a hassle and you might not always maximize it when your gauge hits full in normal scenarios.
Rough notes for now: Basically deals with Ultimate skill CDR. Pretty powerful but requires quite a mature build. Combo points is still best for general leveling, and Inner Sight is not bad for bosses.
I simply can't update any more notes, haha. I'll add and refine very soon!

Since there are so few right now, I'll just make them all visible by default...

NEXT UPDATES

Yeah, I'm adding more segments to each leveling guides. Mostly build info, aspects to get per area, etc... It's gonna be worth it I promise!

I'm placing the "summary" up here above these "plain text dumps" as the below info isn't really important or new, simply another way to view the info already presented above.
