D4 Deep Freeze | Sorcerer Active Skill
Deep Freeze is an Active skill for the Sorcerer class, in the Ultimate category. it has the following effects: (simplified) Encase yourslef in ice, becoming immune for 4s, continually dealing damage, and Chilling enemies for 20%. When Deep Freeze expires, it deals an additional 100% damage.

Supreme Deep Freeze: When Deep Freeze ends, your Non-Ultimate Cooldowns are reduced by 50%.
