Iron Maelstrom is an Active skill for the Barbarian class, in the Ultimate category. it has the following effects: (simplified) Activate three times to attach chains to each of your weapons and perform an attack. 1) Your 2H Bludgeoning weapon damages and stuns enemies for 2s. 2) Your 2H Slashing weapon swipes in front of you, dealing damage and Bleeding. 3) Your Dual Wield weapons swing around you and deal damage per hit.
