D4 Puncture | Rogue Active Skill
Puncture is an Active skill for the Rogue class, in the Basic category. it has the following effects: (simplified) Ranged dagger throw. Every 3rd cast, or critical strike will Slow enemies.

Puncture has one primary "enhancement", and a choice of one of two "upgrades".
Primary Enhancement
Enhanced Puncture: Gain bonus energy when you damage a Crowd Controlled enemy..
Upgrades
Primary Puncture: Every 3rd Puncture will ricochet 2 times. Critical Strikes always ricochet..
Fundamental Puncture: Throws 3 blades in a cone, each dealing less damage. Hitting with 2 or more blades makes target Vulnerable..
