Aspect of Anemia is a Barbarian class Utility type aspect with effect:
Lucky Hit: Direct damage against Bleeding enemies has up to a [20 - 30%] chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Anemia onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots

Aspect of Anemia is available in the Codex of Power. It's obtained from Kor Dragan Barracks in Fractured Peaks.
