Aspect of Artful Initiative is a Rogue class Offensive type aspect with effect:
When you spend 100 Energy you release a cluster of exploding Stun Grenades that deal [0.2 - 0.3] total Physical damage and Stun enemies for 0.5 seconds. Your Grenade Skills deal x15% more damage.

As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Artful Initiative onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Aspect of Artful Initiative is NOT in the Codex of Power.
