Blood Seeker's Aspect is a Necromancer class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Blood Lance deals [15 - 25%] increased damage to its primary target per lanced enemy.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Blood Seeker's onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Blood Seeker's Aspect is available in the Codex of Power. It's obtained from Mercy's Reach in Fractured Peaks.
