Aspect of the Bounding Conduit is a Sorcerer class Mobility type aspect with effect:
Gain [25 - 30%] Movement Speed for 3 seconds after Teleporting.
As a Mobility aspect, you can only Imprint Bounding Conduit onto:
Amulet, Boots
