Aspect of Bursting Venoms is a Rogue class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Lucky Hit: Poison Imbued Skills have up to a 15% chance to create a toxic pool that deals [X] Poisoning damage over 3 seconds to enemies within. While standing in the pool, Poison Imbuement has no Cooldown and no Charge limit.

As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Bursting Venoms onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Aspect of Bursting Venoms is NOT in the Codex of Power.
