Coldbringer's Aspect | D4 Aspects

Coldbringer's Aspect is a Necromancer class Utility type aspect with effect:
Every 8 seconds, your Skeletal Mages cast a blizzard that deals [X] Cold damage and continuously Chills enemies for 8% over 6 seconds.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Coldbringer's onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots

Coldbringer's Aspect is NOT in the Codex of Power.

Coldbringer's Aspect does not have any direct skill modifications.
