Aspect of Concussive Strikes is a General class Utility type aspect with effect:
Lucky Hit: Damaging an enemy has up to a 20% chance to Daze them for 2 seconds. You deal x [5 - 20%] increased damage to Dazed enemies.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Concussive Strikes onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots

Aspect of Concussive Strikes is NOT in the Codex of Power.
