Dust Devil's Aspect is a Barbarian class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Whirlwind leaves behind Dust Devils that deal [X] damage to surrounding enemies.

As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Dust Devil's onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Codex Of Power?

Dust Devil's Aspect is NOT in the Codex of Power.
