Aspect of the Expectant is a General class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Attacking enemies with a Basic Skill increases the damage of your next Core Skill cast within 5 seconds by [5 - 10%], up to 30%.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Expectant onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
