Aspect of Frenzied Dead is a Necromancer class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Each time one of your Summoning Minions damages an enemy, they gain [10 - 14%] Attack Speed for 3 seconds, up to [30 - 42%] .

As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Frenzied Dead onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Aspect of Frenzied Dead is NOT in the Codex of Power.
