Aspect of Frosty Strides is a General class Utility type aspect with effect:
While below [45 - 60%] Life, Evade Freezes Close enemies for [X] Cold Damage and applies Vulnerable to them for 3 seconds.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Frosty Strides onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots

Aspect of Frosty Strides is available in the Codex via the Seasonal Journey. Completion of a certain chapter will unlock this.
