Aspect of High Velocity is a Rogue class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Barrage arrows now pierce through 1 enemy. Barrage has [10 - 20%] increased Attack Speed.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint High Velocity onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
Codex Of Power?
Aspect of High Velocity is available in the Codex via the Seasonal Journey. Completion of a certain chapter will unlock this.
