Aspect of Hungry Blood is a Necromancer class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Each cast of Blood Lance will launch an additional Blood Lance at a Nearby enemy when it first hits an enemy that is already lanced, dealing [38 - 48%] of normal damage.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Hungry Blood onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
