Aspect of Noxious Ice is a Rogue class Utility type aspect with effect:
Chilled enemies Poisoned by Poison Imbuement will be further Chilled for 20% per second. You deal [14 - 29%] additional Poison damage to Frozen enemies.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Noxious Ice onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots
