Aspect of Occult Dominion is a Necromancer class Utility type aspect with effect:
Your maximum number of Skeletal Mages is increased by 2.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Occult Dominion onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots

Aspect of Occult Dominion is NOT in the Codex of Power.
