Aspect of Quicksand is a Druid class Utility type aspect with effect:
Damage from Earth Skills Slow enemies hit by [25 - 50%] for 5 seconds.

As a Utility aspect, you can only Imprint Quicksand onto:
Shield, Helmet, Armor, Amulet, Gloves, Boots
