Aspect of Rathma's Chosen is a Necromancer class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Whenever your Blood Skills Overpower you gain [20 - 50%] Attack Speed for 4 seconds.

As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Rathma's Chosen onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Aspect of Rathma's Chosen is NOT in the Codex of Power.
