Starlight Aspect is a General class Resource type aspect with effect:
Gain [20 - 40] of your Primary Resource for every 25% of your Life that you Heal.

As a Resource aspect, you can only Imprint Starlight onto:
Ring

Codex Of Power?

Starlight Aspect is NOT in the Codex of Power.
