Aspect of the Tempest is a Druid class Offensive type aspect with effect:
Hurricane damage is increased by [10 - 18%] each second while active.
As a Offensive aspect, you can only Imprint Tempest onto:
Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring

Aspect of the Tempest is available in the Codex of Power. It's obtained from Blind Burrows in Hawezar.
