Wind Striker Aspect is a General class Mobility type aspect with effect:
Critical Strikes grant [8.0 - 16.0%] Movement Speed for 1 second, up to 6 seconds.
As a Mobility aspect, you can only Imprint Wind Striker onto:
Amulet, Boots
