Breaking Support - Tuning Stone | Diablo 4 Season 3

Breaking Support is a Tuning Stone with the following effects:
Damage from the supported Skill instantly destroys enemy Barrier effects. In addition, there is a chance to make enemies Vulnerable for 2 seconds

I have yet to input rarity or tags for each stone!

Like all tuning stones, Breaking Support can modify Governing Stones it's "compatible" with (see it's tags).

Up to six Tuning Stones can be used on a Seneschal Construct (3 for each Governing Stone).

Breaking Support can be leveled up by obtaining DUPLICATE copies of itself.

Breaking Support and all other Tuning Stones were released in Season 3.
