Slowing Support - Tuning Stone | Diablo 4 Season 3

Slowing Support is a Tuning Stone with the following effects:
Damage from the supported Skill Slows enemy movement speed for a limited duration. The closer the enemy is to the Seneschal Construct, the greater the Slow amount. Enemies may be slowed up to a maximum amount

I have yet to input rarity or tags for each stone!

Like all tuning stones, Slowing Support can modify Governing Stones it's "compatible" with (see it's tags).

Up to six Tuning Stones can be used on a Seneschal Construct (3 for each Governing Stone).

Slowing Support can be leveled up by obtaining DUPLICATE copies of itself.

Slowing Support and all other Tuning Stones were released in Season 3.
