Tempest - Governing Stone | Diablo 4 Season 3

Tempest is a Governing Stone with the following effects:
Electrically charge an enemy causing it to deal damage to themselves and additional enemies each second over time. If the enemy is killed, Tempest spreads to another enemy gaining additional time and bonus damage. These bonuses are also applied if Tempest is reapplied onto the same enemy

Like all Governing stones Tempest can be augmented by up to three Tuning Stones.

A Seneschal Construct can have up to two Governing Stones.

I have yet to input rarity or tags for each stone!

Tempest can be leveled up by obtaining DUPLICATE copies of itself.

Tempest and all other Governing Stones were released in Season 3.
