Kalan's Edict | D4 Necromancer Key Passive
Kalan's Edict is a Necromancer Key Passive with the following effect (simplified):
After you have not taken damage in the last 3s, your Minions gain 15% Attack Speed. While you have at least 7 Minions, this bonus is doubled.
Once you select Kalan's Edict as your Key Passive, you can't select any other Necromancer Key Passive. They're considered to be very important parts of your build, so it merits quite a bit of possible discussion.
