Momentum | D4 Rogue Key Passive
Momentum is a Rogue Key Passive with the following effect (simplified):
Cutthroat skills grant you a stack of Momentum for 8s if they either: "Hit a Stunned, Dazed, or Frozen enemy.", or "Hit any enemy from behind". At 3 Momentum stacks gain: 20% Damage Reduction, 30% Energy Regeneration, 15% Increased Movement Speed.
Once you select Momentum as your Key Passive, you can't select any other Rogue Key Passive. They're considered to be very important parts of your build, so it merits quite a bit of possible discussion.
How best to use Momentum
