Ossified Essence | D4 Necromancer Key Passive

Ossified Essence is a Necromancer Key Passive with the following effect (simplified):
Your Bone Skills deal 1% increased damage for each point of Essence you have above 50 upon cast.

Once you select Ossified Essence as your Key Passive, you can't select any other Necromancer Key Passive. They're considered to be very important parts of your build, so it merits quite a bit of possible discussion.
