Terror | D4 Necromancer Passive Skill

Terror is a Necromancer Passive Skill with the following effect (simplified):
Darkness Skills deal 3% bonus damage to enemies who are Slowed, and 3% bonus damage to enemies who are Stunned or Immobilized. These bonuses stack and apply to Shadow Damage deal by your Minions.
