Effects

Natural Disaster (simplified description): Your Earth Skills deal 4% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies. Your Storm Skills deal 4$ increased damage to enemies that are Stunned, Immobilized, or Knocked Back.

This is an "passive" skill tree node, which grants the above passive effects to your character.
