    Andariel's Visage directly modifies:

    Andariel's Visage was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Andariel's Visage Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Andariel's Visage is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Andariel's Visage will always roll these stats: All Stats, Attack Speed, Life Steal, Poison Resistance. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Andariel's Visage will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Being a "general" unique, it (THANKFULLY) will still only drop for classes that can actually "use" or "trigger" its effect.

    their power level and usefulness.
