Asheara's Khanjar is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

- Movement Speed for 4 Seconds After Killing an Elite
- Lucky Hit Chance
When Caldeum's gates closed, Asheara led her Iron Wolves out of the city knowing full well they would never return. Instead they roamed Kehjistan pledging their blades to any who were in need.

Asheara's Khanjar Item Stats
Like all Uniques, Asheara's Khanjar is a little different than your typical item.
Locked Stats: Asheara's Khanjar will always roll these stats: Basic Skill Damage, Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies, Movement Speed for 4 Seconds After Killing an Elite, Lucky Hit Chance. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.
Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Asheara's Khanjar will always roll with: Damage to Close Enemies as it's inherent stat.
Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.
Asheara's Khanjar will only drop for its class: In this case, Rogue. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
