Blood Moon Breeches is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

  • While Injured, Your Potion Also Grants 30% Movement Speed for 2 Seconds
    • Maximum Life
    • Ranks of All Curse Skills
    • Ranks of the Amplify Damage Passive
    • Damage Reduction from Enemies Affected by Curse Skills
  • Your Minions have a [3 - 7%] chance to curse enemies. Enemies affected by at least 1 of your curses take x70% increased Overpower damage from you.

    • A naturally occurring curiosity, the blood moon persists as a sign of woe for the most superstitious Zakarum faithful. Children born under it are often considered cursed and cast out, lest it spread.

    Blood Moon Breeches Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Blood Moon Breeches is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Blood Moon Breeches will always roll these stats: Maximum Life, Ranks of All Curse Skills, Ranks of the Amplify Damage Passive, Damage Reduction from Enemies Affected by Curse Skills. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Blood Moon Breeches will always roll with: While Injured, Your Potion Also Grants 30% Movement Speed for 2 Seconds as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Blood Moon Breeches will only drop for its class: In this case, Necromancer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
