Bloodless Scream is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

    • Darkness Skill Damage
    • Damage to Chilled Enemies
    • Intelligence
    • Cold Resistance
  • Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 100%.Lucky Hit: Your Darkness Skills deal x [20 - 50%] bonus damage to Frozen enemies and have up to a 100% chance to generate [15 - 20] additional Essence against Frozen targets.

    Bloodless Scream was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 0 (Base game release).

    Bloodless Scream Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Bloodless Scream is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Bloodless Scream will always roll these stats: Darkness Skill Damage, Damage to Chilled Enemies, Intelligence, Cold Resistance. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Bloodless Scream will always roll with: Life On Kill as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Bloodless Scream will only drop for its class: In this case, Necromancer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
