Blue Rose (Unique Item)

Blue Rose is a Unique Item with the following stats and effects:

Unique ring
    • Critical Strike Damage
    • Ice Spike Damage
    • Lucky Hit Chance
    • Mana Cost Reduction
  • Lucky Hit: Damaging an enemy has up to a 30% chance of forming an exploding Ice Spike, dealing [0.25 - 0.35] Cold damage. Triple this chance if the enemy is Frozen.

    Blue Rose was added into the game during Diablo 4 Season 2 .

    Blue Rose Item Stats

    Like all Uniques, Blue Rose is a little different than your typical item.

    Locked Stats: Blue Rose will always roll these stats: Critical Strike Damage, Ice Spike Damage, Lucky Hit Chance, Mana Cost Reduction. Any of these CANNOT be Enchanted off ("rerolled"). They ARE affected by range RNG and item tier. Typically, these stats exceed the range possible for normal non-unique items.

    Intrinsic won't change: All copies of Blue Rose will always roll with: as it's inherent stat.

    Unique Effects: generally have a range. Numeric ones (typically damage) scale by item tier as well (Normal, Sacred, etc). will update to comment on each specific type. Effect Range is, sadly, affected by RNG.

    Blue Rose will only drop for its class: In this case, Sorcerer. I haven't personally gotten an off-class unique, if it does happen - it's probably very uncommon. You can say it's a unique event.
